At ELAI Designs, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and detail of every abaya we create.

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our custom pieces, all custom abaya sales are final. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Each custom abaya is made specifically to your selected fabric, colour, sleeve style, accents, measurements, and design preferences. Because of this bespoke process, the item cannot be resold or restocked.

This policy ensures fairness and allows us to dedicate the highest level of care and attention to every custom order.

We kindly ask that you review all selections, measurements, and uploaded inspiration carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns for custom-made orders, we fully stand behind the quality of our work.

Every abaya is carefully reviewed before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item that does not match your confirmed order details, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If an error has been made on our side, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind?

Custom orders may be cancelled or amended within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, once review or production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Pricing & Payment for Custom Orders

As every custom abaya is unique, final pricing is determined after our team reviews your submitted design, fabric choice, detailing, and measurements.

Once reviewed, we will send a secure payment link directly to your email to complete your order.

Production will only begin once payment has been received.

Shipping

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier. However, if your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us and we will work directly with the courier to investigate.
